Easy check-in, a nice size and very well furnished rooms with air con and extra pillows plus private bathroom. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Cooperative and best staff, fine stay.

Had a huge queen room, which allowed us to enjoy nice view of street. The location seemed marvellous and comfortable very close to the main atractions. We had goodies and coffee at Ostaria al Ponte, it was located around 4-6 minutes' walk from the venue.

Overall clean, good value hotel, its location was amazing and fantastic and short walk to landmarks, restaurants and cafes and the harbor. The staff are BEST and the room is well-equipped with a couch. There are lots of supplies like: coffee, complementary tea, and tea/coffee.

It is an ideal hotel with nice interior design, particularly good location near to waterbus, the vaporetto stop, and Rialto bridge and San Marco square. The staff is extremely friendly, best. A great bar does the trick.

Its rooms are good standard with spacious bathroom as advertised.

this small hotel is atmospheric with excellent and amiable staff. the rooms offered are big and bright with private bathroom, a couch, as example. the decoration is nice. quiet atmosphere, we would stay here again and again.

The venue is fairly clean, with amazing location close enough to the vaporetto stop Ospedale and all major sights. The breakfast is great with good hot coffee, has everything you need.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome during my business trip. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and various amenities nearby. the hotel provided a daily room service, ensuring that my room was clean and tidy throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

We liked the location, the rate, the breakfast in the morning, served near the bed side. The breakfast was fair and plentiful. Staff was fast to change our room when we broke an extra bed. Room was nice and clean, same for the bathroom.

The interior decoration of the room was a nice surprise, tall ceilings, wooden beams and nice furnishings. The shower was powerful. I liked being woken up with breakfast at the cute table and chairs. They were very accommodating at letting us add an extra person to our double room (at cost). Also, very helpful and drew a little map with directions to the main areas. We also stumbled in at 3am, and appreciated that there wasnt a curfew.

The hotel is pleasant, with pleasant views, marvellous location close enough to everything. Quiet atmosphere, however some people working here are awful. The rooms are functional, nicely decorated, and come with a small refrigerator, a high ceiling, and a kettle. Thank you for a really great stay...

The room decoration was wonderful and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to most tourist attractions.-Both gentlemen at the reception were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The room became very hot during the night, even though we didn't turn on the heat. The floors were tiled and made the room very cold, especially without slippers.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. the staff is very nice.clean rooms and breakfast in bed is a very good breakfast. I recommend

as it is not summer period so we cannot get to on the airconed so we have to open the window which is quite noisy as we are on the second floor but is alright the second night as we close the window
